We defined our needs, mapped these needs to software features and took care of the details. Great!!! its time to fly.  The next step is the Pilot Test.  In this step we try out the new system.  It is best to try it on a limited basis.  Take a few products, maybe a few customers and vendors and run the system through.

The test should not take to long or be to hard at first.  After each test review the results, make adjustments and if necessary try again.  This step will get you all ready for the next few steps, which we only want to do once.
