Classroom training is a key element in your implementation.  Structured classroom training is both cost effective and comprehensive.  It is cost effective because full cost of the training is spread out amoungst 20 other students.  Many of our customers use it to bring the new employees up to date quickly.

Many times, cost effective means are not as comprehensive.  RSI Classroom training is more comprehensive then standard one on one (Departmental) training.
